Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at a privately owned hotel in the heart of Oxford. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 members of staff and overseeing all kitchen functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Take control of all kitchen operations and lead the team to ensure efficient service and functions.
- Set staff rotas and ensure Health & Safety and Hygiene Management are maintained.
- Train new staff and create seasonal menus that showcase your creativity.
- Deal with stock control and ordering, and have experience using fresh ingredients.
- Previous experience as a Head Chef is essential, with a La Carte Menu experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a Head Chef with a proven track record of success.
- A La Carte Menu experience is preferred, with a focus on creating menus that showcase your creativity.
- Experience in leading a kitchen team and managing a kitchen is essential.
- Knowledge and qualifications in Health and Safety and Food Hygiene are required.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, with the ability to work varied shifts.
