This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to residents. The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in a similar setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect while supporting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Lead the team in delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Support carers in providing personal care and assistance with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating
  • Administer medication as required
  • Write and update care plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained
