Autism Specialist Lead

**Job Title:** Autism Specialist Lead
**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Autism Specialist Lead to join our team at The Priory. As a lead professional in the field of autism, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing Active Support approaches and developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Leading practice workshops and providing incident support and analysis
- Developing and delivering staff training programs
**Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience in direct support work with individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- Holding a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support or related field
- Qualified or willing to become a PROACT-SCIPr-UK Instructor
The post holder will require a full UK driving license to commute between sites in the North West of England.
