Tradewind Recruitment is a leading provider of education jobs and recruitment services. We are currently recruiting on behalf of an exceptional Independent Special Needs School in Leicestershire, which caters to students with special educational needs that cannot be met in a mainstream setting.

The school provides a supportive and inclusive environment, allowing students to reach their full potential. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced educators and specialists to provide tailored support for students' individual learning needs.

Key responsibilities include supporting children with autism and ADHD, as well as those who exhibit challenging behaviour. This may involve working with students who experience sensory overload, self-harm, or withdrawing from social interactions.

  • Strong references supporting prior experience
