About the Role

This rewarding position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the life of a child with Autism. As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement strategies that support the student's learning and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Support the student's educational and personal needs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote learning and independence
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of support services
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology)
  • Experience working with children with Autism or SEN needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
