Special Needs Education Assistant

At Ribbons & Reeves Limited, we are seeking an experienced Special Needs Education Assistant to join our team in Lambeth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside successful and specialist schools that provide a safe and encouraging environment for students with special educational needs, specifically Autism.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have a passion and talent for supporting children and young people with Autism, and be able to create a positive learning environment.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role, which requires the ability to work effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure each student receives the best possible education.
Please note that this role involves working with students who may require additional support, so it is essential that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
