Autism Support Teaching Assistant

Join our team at Ortus Recruitment Ltd as a Primary Teaching Assistant, providing essential support to children with Autism and Speech and Language needs in a Year 3 class. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
1:1 support with children
Assisting the class teacher
Supporting the whole class when needed
Caring and looking after children during break time
Managing challenging behaviour
Fostering relationships with the parents
We are offering a salary of £85.00 - £105.00 per day, which reflects the importance of this role in supporting the education and development of children with SEN. If you are passionate about working in education and have experience in supporting children with SEN, this is an exciting opportunity for you to consider.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 8:30am - 4:30pm. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEN. Please submit your application alongside your CV outlining any relevant experience.
