Key Responsibilities

  • Create tailored lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of pupils with autism and other complex requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure pupils' developmental needs are met.
  • Adapt teaching strategies based on individual progress, utilizing data-driven insights to inform instruction.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Open to Primary, Secondary, and SEN teachers.
  • Experience working with Autism, PMLD, and severe learning needs.
  • Compassionate approach with strong teamwork skills, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards supporting pupils' well-being.
  • DBS on the update service and right to work in the UK.
