Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with personal care, daily living skills, and community engagement.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Positive Behavioural Support Plans, Risk Assessments, and Session Plans.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to ensure the needs, beliefs, and cultural values of individuals with Autism are met.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills through comprehensive training programs.
