Customer Relations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team at Runwood Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the sale of self-funding beds to ensure occupancy targets are achieved within our homes. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our residents and their families, ensuring a seamless move-in experience.
### Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote our homes and services to the local community
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns to attract new residents
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, businesses, charities, and other organizations to promote our services
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of residents into our care homes
