We are looking for a skilled Youth Care and Development Professional to join our team in Leeds. As a Youth Care and Development Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people aged 10-18 years old. Our client offers a secure environment that supports individual needs, with full residential care, educational facilities, and healthcare provision.

Key Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience of working with young people.
  2. A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People or equivalent.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. The ability to work in a challenging and changing environment.


Salary: £26,421 (Basic Pay), average earning including Secure Allowance £32,482.
