The ideal candidate will have significant post-qualification experience at a management level, with expertise in leading and managing teams, developing services, and change management. You will also possess excellent leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire teams through change, advanced communication skills, teaching and assessment skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and conflict management.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $73,414 and $98,108, based on data from Indeed.com.
