  • Stay up-to-date with legislation and best practices in residential child care.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children or young people in a paid or voluntary capacity.
  • Able to assess and meet individual needs, promote independence, and encourage self-expression.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, comprehensive training, and a competitive pension scheme.
