Panoramic Care is seeking a skilled Youth Care Program Lead to oversee the operation of one of their new homes for young people with emotional behavioral difficulties in Leeds. The salary range for this role is £44,000 - £48,000 per annum.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take on a leadership challenge and join a reputable care provider expanding its services for children. As a Youth Care Program Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home, including managing staff and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • To set up and manage a brand new children's home, working closely with the management team to ensure its success.
  • To lead and motivate a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support to deliver high-quality care to young people.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and other relevant parties.
Requirements

To succeed as a Youth Care Program Lead, you will need:

  • A minimum of NVQ Level 5 or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing children's homes, preferably in a similar context.
  • A strong understanding of current Ofsted regulations and guidelines.
