About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Ward Manager. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our service users and their families.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting the Ward Manager in the day-to-day running of the ward, including leading and managing a team of staff, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.

Requirements

  • Post-registration experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Leadership experience and a proven track record of managing and developing staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and relevant legislation
