Deputy Head of Residential Care

We are seeking a Deputy Head of Residential Care to join our team at Diverse Talent Partners Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in managing a range of quality services for young people and promoting partnership with staff, local agencies, and young people's families.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background of leading and inspiring staff in residential children's homes, with a strong commitment to empowering each child to reach their full potential. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Safeguarding Procedures, Health and Safety Regulations, and the company's policies and procedures.
The Deputy Head of Residential Care will be responsible for managing team development and communication, ensuring effective flow of information, identifying and meeting staff training and development needs, and promoting Equality and Diversity policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will play a key role as part of the company's management team in the development and management of the home.
- Manage and support staff to ensure high-quality care and services for young people.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote the well-being and safety of young people.
- Collaborate with local agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective partnership working.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns related to Safeguarding and Health and Safety.
