About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Guildford, Surrey. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with vulnerable adults and their carers to provide holistic occupational therapy practice within a social care setting.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, such as moving and handling risk assessments, to support and empower clients to lead meaningful lives within the community. You will also work closely with team members and other organisations to provide an integrated service supporting vulnerable adults and their carers.

Salary: £40,929 per annum

The successful candidate will have professional qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Experience working within a social care, health, or community-focused multi-disciplinary setting is essential.
