Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Critical Care Unit at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Band 6 in critical care and will be able to demonstrate a proactive and adaptive approach to leadership and management.
As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining high clinical standards, leading a large workforce, and delivering patient-focused care.
Our Critical Care Unit is fully committed to audit and research, providing a dynamic environment conducive to gaining additional knowledge and skills.
Main Duties of the Job
The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, able to demonstrate problem-solving skills and work under pressure.
They will also be able to demonstrate flexibility to meet the varied demands of the role and have a positive mindset.
