About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Skills and Learning Facilitator to join our Critical Care team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.
This is an essential role that supports and progresses our professional and diverse team, enabling us to deliver high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Practice Development Nurse to support learners in clinical practice and deliver training programs, focusing on best practices within Critical Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of education and training across the Critical Care team
- Collaborating with the Practice Development Nurse to develop training programs and facilitate learning
- Fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within Critical Care
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary: £45,451 - £60,068 per annum (dependent on experience)
