About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing nursing care throughout the service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care. As a Clinical Lead, you will provide leadership and support to professional and direct care staff, as well as manage incidents and complaints in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring best practice within Infection Prevention and Control and Clinical Governance
- Implementing and evaluating nursing care throughout the service
- Providing leadership and support to IBD and Hepatology nursing specialists across the Gastroenterology service

What We OfferIn this role, you can expect a competitive salary of £62,150 - £77,519 per annum, depending on experience. RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum three years at Band 7 (or higher clinical grade) in a hospital setting
- Extensive post-registration experience
- Experience in gastroenterology
