We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Physiotherapy Service Development Manager to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist to take on a key leadership role and contribute to the development of our critical care and surgical services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in a relevant clinical area and will be responsible for leading the development of clinical standards and protocols in critical care and surgical physiotherapy. They will also provide clinical supervision, appraisal, and teaching to staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new physiotherapy services and programs
  • Collaborate with other clinical specialists across the Health Economy to provide a high-quality, efficient service
  • Ensure clinical governance targets are met, including audit, research, and risk management

Requirements

">
  • BSc Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
  • HCPC registration and relevant post-graduate training
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in a relevant clinical area
  • Clinical educator experience and participation in clinical audit

Salary

">

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
