About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Stroke Services at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide highly specialist psychological assessment and treatment to clients with complex and contentious mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement plans for psychological therapy and management of clients' mental health conditions.
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to other psychological therapists.
Person Specification
  • Post-graduate doctoral level training in applied Psychology.
  • HCPC registration as an Applied Psychologist with Chartered Status.
  • Experience of working as a qualified applied psychologist in a similar service.
  • Registration with BPS.
