Customer Support Representative

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Ledger. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clear and concise technical support to customers via various channels.
  • Identifying and escalating recurring support trends and product performance issues to our product team.
  • Collaborating with other teams, such as R&D, Legal, and Marketing, to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
  • Staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and informative support.

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to learn about hardware and software products and analyze technical data.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Microsoft Excel and PPT.
