Client Relations Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Access Appointments Consultancy Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities in the Hospitality/Tourism industry.

About the Role:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing client networks and partnerships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences, using this insight to create targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop sales strategies, product offerings, and marketing initiatives that meet client demands.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback, using this information to improve our services and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Japanese language skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proven track record in client relations, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
