Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Morgan Philips Group. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing B2B relationships with large organisations to support military objectives and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engagement plans with defined targets, ensuring alignment with wider stakeholder communications objectives.
  • Work with the Communications team to develop and deliver multi-channel communications aligned to campaigns for assigned accounts.
  • Share intelligence gained through high-profile events with colleagues.
  • Appropriately tailor the proposition to maximise its attractiveness and engage with clients effectively.
  • Identify clients' needs and liaise internally to define appropriate solutions.
  • Act as a support in providing guidance and advice.

Requirements

  • A strong background of at least 5 years as a B2B Account Manager within corporate relations, preferably in a wide range of sectors.
  • Previous experience in large organisations or good understanding of the military sector.
  • Confident communication skills and emotional intelligence to engage with individuals at CEO-level.
  • Understanding of organisational engagement techniques and approaches.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Must be a team player, articulate, confident, honest, reliable, self-starter, committed, and flexible.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • MUST HAVE a UK PASSPORT.
