Senior Specialist, Technical Account Manager

Checkout Group is a leading strategic payments partner for fast-moving brands globally. We help enterprises launch new products and create customer experiences with our flexible cloud-based payments platform.

This role in Enterprise Technical Account Management (TAM) involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction by resolving technical issues and delivering exceptional service.

  1. Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key clients as their primary point of contact for technical matters.
  2. Customer Success: Understand clients' business needs and goals, identify opportunities to optimize payment solutions, and ensure successful adoption and utilization of our products.
  3. Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  4. Training and Demo: Help upselling efforts with merchant demonstrations and technical training.
  5. Project Management: Lead the addition of new payment solutions and technical migrations for clients.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share relevant insights with clients.
  7. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; familiarity with Payments industry regulations and technical frameworks (3DS, SCA, AVS, MIT).

The estimated salary for this role in London is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
