eTeam Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our eTeam in Egham, Surrey, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing internal support and guidance to sales personnel ensuring orders comply with company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming requests from departments for assistance, manage the team Outlook inbox, and prioritize emails by urgency and importance.
  • Review and activate incoming order submissions for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to client standard contract guidelines using Salesforce.
  • Assist sales teams in using Salesforce case requests to ensure accurate client data is used when creating contracts.
  • Sign authority for order agreements and maintain 100% compliance with legal empowerment matrix.
  • Ensure compliance with client corporate policy regarding document administration, including non-standard items such as legal term changes and non-standard pricing.
  • Execute special ad hoc projects to fulfill business requirements and collaborate with the manager and global team to seek continuous improvement and innovation in department processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience dealing with contract matters, client legal & procurements departments, customer order management, or sales support experience.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
