Trade Sales Development Manager

As a key member of the B&Q team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth for TradePoint by delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in winning business, promoting products and services, and building strong relationships with customers.
The successful Trade Sales Development Manager will be responsible for developing a network of contacts, identifying new business opportunities, and growing existing members. They will also work closely with stores to inspire, motivate, and engage the wider store team, creating a culture focused on identifying trade opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent relationship-building skills, financial and business acumen, planning and organisational skills, and a full UK driving license with over a year's experience. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £34,300 - £43,900 per annum, plus bonus, as well as an award-winning pension scheme, ShareSave options, 6.6 weeks holiday, payroll giving, an Employee Assistance Programme, shopping discounts, colleague wellbeing benefits, and lots more.
