Graduate Training Programme

Our comprehensive graduate programme is designed to cultivate the next generation of sales leaders and managers. In the first 6 months, you will develop a core knowledge of the business, including warehouse, logistics, supply chain, administration, IT software, and marketing.

  • You will gain hands-on experience with our vast product range and learn about different manufacturers and the electrical distribution industry.
  • You will build relationships, make deals, and advise customers face-to-face over the trade counter, serving electricians, contractors, and tradespeople.

In the next 6-12 months, you will transition to internal sales account management, engaging with business customers over the phone, including construction companies, local government authorities, housing developers, and hotels. This will give you valuable experience in business development strategies and how to target and win new trading accounts.

As you progress to a diverse business-to-business field sales management position, you will have increased earning potential and bigger bonuses. You will travel locally in your company car, meeting clients, discussing projects, and arranging social activities. The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission and performance-related bonuses.
