Nursery Practitioner Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Five Education Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, providing high-quality care and education in a warm and inclusive environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Support young children with SEND to achieve developmental milestones, fostering their growth and progress in a nurturing environment.
- Develop and deliver engaging activities tailored to individual needs, promoting learning and development through play-based approaches.
- Collaborate with children, families, and the wider team to ensure consistency in care and learning, building strong relationships and trust.
- Communicate effectively with parents/carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and sharing insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and sharing best practices with the team.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 per annum, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required. We believe in recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance and dedication to delivering exceptional care and education.
