Are you a recent psychology graduate looking to start your career in a supportive and challenging environment? We are working with Academics, a specialist school in Swindon, to find a talented individual to join their team as a Future Psychologist.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain valuable experience working with children with additional needs, including ASD, Speech & Language, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs. You will be part of a dedicated team providing front-line support to students facing challenges throughout their adolescence.

The role involves working on a 1:1 basis with children, identifying potential trigger areas, observing behavior and reactions, facilitating therapeutic techniques, and collaborating with occupational therapists and behavior analysts. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development and task adaptation to ensure students reach their full potential.

This position is ideal for someone with a 2:1 degree in Psychology or a relevant subject. Experience working with children is beneficial but not mandatory. The salary for this role is £85-95 per day, and the work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 3:30. The location is in Swindon, and the position starts in November 2024.
