About the Role

As a Senior Child Support Specialist at Austin Fraser, you will be working with children between the ages of 0-16 who are in foster care and adoption plans. The ideal candidate will support these children in their homes, enabling them to learn about becoming young adults and developing skills for successful adult lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting children in their daily lives, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being.
  • Carrying a complex workload, which may include supervising social work students and completing PEPS qualifications.
Requirements
  • Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
  • A hybrid working model that allows for a minimum of three days in the office.
  • Travel, including evenings, for planned and unplanned visits out of area.
