Supporting a Child's Development in Education

Tradewind Recruitment is a leading education recruitment agency, and we are proud to offer this exciting opportunity for an experienced Educational Support Professional to join our team in Swindon.
You will be working closely with the class teacher and other members of the school team to provide one-on-one support to a child in our Year Two class. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the child in completing tasks, assignments, and activities to ensure their educational progress.
- Implementing effective strategies to enhance the child's social and emotional development.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy. Relevant experience in supporting children with additional needs is essential, as is a proactive and collaborative approach to working with the class teacher and other team members.
