Child Specialist Therapist

Compass Associates is a leading provider of therapy-driven support for children across the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled Child Specialist Therapist to join our team and provide specialist psychological input to a small caseload of young people across several residential homes in Wiltshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and passionate professional to work with children who require therapy-driven support. You will have the chance to lead our organisation into a new venture, a brand-new assessment home which is the first of its kind in our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist psychological input to a small caseload of young people across several residential homes
- Work collaboratively with our Head of Psychology and established psychology department to develop and implement effective therapeutic plans
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programmes for staff members
Requirements:
- HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist (Educational / Clinical / Counselling / Forensic)
- Clinical experience working with children
- Shift Pattern: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary and Benefits:
This position pays up to £53,600 per annum (Band 8a) + generous welcome bonus AND mileage allowance, and includes an industry-leading benefit package as follows:
