Child and Family Support Officer

New Barn School is a dynamic and inclusive educational setting catering to SEMH pupils aged 6-19. As a Family Liaison Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting families and promoting positive outcomes for young people.
With a strong emphasis on safeguarding and child protection, you'll work closely with parents, carers, and local authorities to ensure that every individual receives the support they need to thrive.
You'll draw on your expertise in SEN to identify the needs of families and connect them with relevant resources and services. Your collaborative approach will facilitate effective communication between agencies and foster a culture of mutual respect.
