Job Opportunity: Child Therapist

A leading children's healthcare provider seeks a skilled Child Therapist to provide specialist psychological input to young people in residential homes across Wiltshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organization with a family feel, where you will work collaboratively with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality care.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children and be registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. As a key member of the psychology department, you will lead the development of new initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £53,600 per annum, generous welcome bonus, and mileage allowance. Additionally, you will receive an industry-leading benefit package, including 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

About the Role:
  • Provide specialist psychological input to a small caseload of young people across several residential homes.
  • Develop and implement effective therapeutic interventions to meet the needs of service users.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Requirements:
  • HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist (Educational / Clinical / Counselling / Forensic)
  • Clinical experience working with children
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
