Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our therapy program, you will be responsible for delivering individualized care plans based on assessments, considering the unique needs and circumstances of each child.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the iTHRIVE model and be able to implement immediate mood regulation interventions and emotional support for CYP experiencing urgent mental health issues. They will also be able to conduct rapid risk assessments and agree necessary collaborative interventions with referral partners to identify the severity of mental health needs, mitigate identified risks, and develop appropriate, effective urgent high-need safety plans.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working collaboratively with schools, healthcare providers, social services, and other community organizations to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to each child's well-being.

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, and includes flexibility across a rota system, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate must be able to travel across the service area footprint.
