About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Graduate Behaviour Worker.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one and group support in the classroom to students aged 11 to 18 with mental health needs and behaviour changes.
  • Helping to manage student behaviour and developing social and emotional skills.
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and psychologists on-site at the school to ensure a holistic approach to supporting students.
