About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child and Youth Mental Health Professional to join our team in Swindon. As a Graduate Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting children, young people, and their families in educational settings. You will work closely with mental health leads to develop a comprehensive approach to mental health support.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with EMHPs, CWPs, and mental health professionals to deliver high-quality interventions and assessments.
  2. Work with children, young people, and their families to identify and address mental health needs.
  3. Develop and implement individualized plans to promote positive mental health outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
  • Post-graduate diploma in mental health practice or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children and young people in educational settings.
  • Ability to assess and manage risk effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range:

£30,000 - £38,000 per annum
