Experienced Teaching Assistant Required

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate teaching assistant to support a young learner with special educational needs in our SEMH team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to the child and contributing to their academic and personal success.

You will work closely with a range of professionals, including speech and language therapists, educational psychologists, occupational therapists, and teachers with SEMH specialisms, to develop and implement targeted interventions and strategies to support the child's progress.

About the Role
  • To work collaboratively with a child with an EHCP detailing specific targets, outcomes, and strategies for the child.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of individualised learning plans.
