Classroom Learning Facilitator Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Classroom Learning Facilitator to join our team at our Special Needs School in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity to support the education and well-being of vulnerable children.

As a Classroom Learning Facilitator, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with various disabilities. Your main responsibilities will include supporting students with Autism, communication challenges, social interaction difficulties, and language delay, and contributing to the overall development and progress of students.

To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for education and a commitment to supporting students with special educational needs. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this position is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, based on 37 hours/week. We offer full-time, permanent employment with an ASAP start date. If you are passionate about education and want to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
