Primary School Teaching Assistant Vacancy

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring teaching assistant to join our school community and contribute to the educational success of our students. Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Providing individualized support to students who require additional help, whether it's with academic tasks or social skills.
  • Collaborating with the school's specialist professionals to develop strategies that promote student progress and well-being.
Requirements
  • A motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of students.
  • Natural ability to promote and progress the learning of young children, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Previous experience working with children is advantageous, particularly in supporting those with ASD, behavioural issues, or learning difficulties.
Job Details

Estimated salary: £31,500 per annum, commensurate with experience.

This is a full-time permanent position available at a reputable primary school in Swindon.
