About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Youth Engagement Professional to join our team in Morecambe.

This exciting new role will involve working with young people aged 16-24 to create and deliver engaging activities and learning programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a background in youth work or a related field and a good understanding of the issues that young people may face.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering learning programmes
  • Working with the management team to ensure accreditation
  • Delivering sessions on group and 1-1 basis
  • Setting up sessions and working with other organisations and charities
  • Attending residential trips away from the service
