Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering activities that support the needs of clients living in our service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote our services and engage with local stakeholders.
- Work closely with our teams and the local community and voluntary sectors to deliver high-quality programs and activities.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop solutions to address the needs of our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A relevant degree or diploma in a field such as social work, community development, or youth work.
- Proven experience in community engagement, program development, and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable populations.
