Entry-Level HR Support Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Strongdor. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to our HR Director and contributing to the smooth operation of our HR function.
Your Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations Support: Assist with the daily operations of the HR function, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Administrative Excellence: Provide exceptional administrative support to our HR Director, including tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and email management.
- Employee Records: Accurately maintain and update employee records, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including tasks such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, including training sessions, meetings, and other HR-related activities.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with using a HRIS.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices is desirable.
- Attributes: Excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of confidentiality.

Job Type
Full-time, Permanent. Working Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm and 7.00am-4.00pm on Wednesday. (As this is a new role to the business, part-time working may be considered for the right candidate).
