Youth Programme Developer

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with young people and motivate them to achieve their full potential. They will be passionate about promoting Equality & Diversity & Inclusion, safeguarding, hate crime, respect, and personal values and beliefs. Our ideal candidate will also have a background in youth work or supporting individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, and homelessness issues.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the community, while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. As an Activities Assistant, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of Brook Street's programmes. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus additional benefits such as annual leave entitlement, birthdays off, counselling services, EAP programme, training, and other incentives.
