Brook Street seeks an experienced Activities Assistant to join our team as a key member in delivering programmes that make a positive impact on the lives of young people. This challenging yet rewarding role involves developing engaging learnings and activities, ensuring accreditation, and collaborating with local charities and organisations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with young people and motivate them to achieve their full potential. They will be passionate about promoting Equality & Diversity & Inclusion, safeguarding, hate crime, respect, and personal values and beliefs. Our ideal candidate will also have a background in youth work or supporting individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, and homelessness issues.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the community, while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. As an Activities Assistant, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of Brook Street's programmes. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus additional benefits such as annual leave entitlement, birthdays off, counselling services, EAP programme, training, and other incentives.
