Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled speech therapist to lead our speech therapy team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of speech therapists and supporting them in their clinical practice.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care, as well as contributing to the development of the team's strategic plan.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned speech therapist to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of speech therapists
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development of the team's strategic plan
  • Support and mentor team members in their clinical practice

Requirements:

  • Accredited speech therapy degree qualification or equivalent
  • Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration
  • Membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting
