This exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Nursing Professional to join the team at Waterside Unit. As a Band 5 Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to older adults, working closely with our therapy team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to patients, ensuring their needs are met in the context of prescribed medical treatment.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including risk evaluations.
- Develop individualized nursing plans, incorporating objectives and ongoing evaluation.
- Supervise staff to ensure optimal application of skills necessary to deliver planned care.
- Record nursing care provided and evaluate its outcome in relation to achievement of objectives, modifying care plans as needed.
