Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Residential Services team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent patient care.
  2. Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  3. Supervise and mentor staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  4. Maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory requirements and agency policies.
  5. Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that enhance patient care and staff development.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in human services, mental health, or social work fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in addiction services, with 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Valid New Jersey driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Computer literacy and ability to operate email, internet, MS Word, Excel, and agency operational software.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum
