HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading manufacturing company to find a skilled HR Business Partner for their Hereford site. This is a full-time permanent role with a competitive salary of up to £50k, and will involve working with a team of 450 staff in a unionized environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Employee Relations support, including disciplinaries, investigations, grievances, sickness, absence, and performance management
  • Support with sickness and occupational health, including return to work interviews
  • Work in partnership with Trade Unions as necessary
  • Coach and support managers in best people practice
  • Lead on engagement with employees to develop business needs
  • Maintain the HRIS, preparing reports as required
  • Review HR processes and make recommendations for improvements
  • Guide, mentor, and coach a HR Advisor
Requirements:
  • Experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Stakeholder Management, Coaching, and Influence
Working Hours:
  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8.30am - 4.30pm
  • 5 days on site
